In Apple's case, Internet Recovery is part of macOS Recovery and simply allows you to reinstall the system from the Internet. All you have to do is connect to the network and the computer will download all the data from the relevant servers and install macOS. The function comes in handy especially at the moment when a problem occurs on the Mac and you need to reinstall the system without the need to create a bootable flash drive, etc.

MacOS does not have X functions that are more important for productive work (e.g. corner/edge snapping, support for the END key). Describing that the X does not have this or that function, but it is on the MAC, that is probably like children arguing at the base, which of them is the better mobile phone...

It's nonsense. The author of the article should think about himself. Windows and MacOS are competing OSes, or They are alternative to each other. Do we want MacOS to be a copy of Win and vice versa?
