The iPhone X will officially go on sale tomorrow, but a few selected reviewers around the world have been testing their piece for about two days. According to information from abroad, the reviewers received their test iPhones on Tuesday and Wednesday, but even so, during yesterday and today, several first impressions emerged, which express the testers' experience after several hours of use. Full reviews will start rolling out tomorrow and over the weekend, but let's take a quick look at what the first impressions are.
First of all, it is easy to introduce a short video behind the popular Marques Brownlee with his YouTube channel MKBHD. He made a short video in which both the unboxing and the first impressions of the Face ID settings, the operation of the phone, etc. appear. If you follow him on Twitter, for example, in recent days he has also been posting photos that were taken with the iPhone X. You can judge the content of the video yourself, the photos on Twitter look great too.
Other first impressions relate more to the traditional media, such as printed magazines or editorial offices of large foreign servers. In this case, Apple looked at the comments of a large number of these reviewers and selected the most positive comments, from which they put together a collage, which you can view below. It is clear that the majority of these are phrases taken out of context. But for the most part, they match what reviewers are saying about the new iPhone X.
The majority of reviewers are generally positive about the new product. Face ID works basically without a problem, its speed depends on the situation in which you want to use it. In some it is significantly faster than Touch ID, in others it lags behind. However, reviewers generally agree that it is a slightly faster and authorization solution. This difference will become even more apparent in the coming winter months, when you won't be hindered by gloves when operating your phone (or you don't have to adjust your choice of gloves according to their compatibility with touchscreens).
Of course, some criticism also appears, but in this case it is aimed more at Apple itself than at the new iPhone X. Many reviewers resent the way Apple has behaved this year regarding the distribution of review models. Most of the testers received them late and had only two days to write a review. Many mainstream reviewers also don't like the way Apple is favoring certain YouTube channels, whose owners were able to preview the new iPhone X as early as Wednesday and record first impressions about it. Anyway, it will be interesting to read how the news turns out in the finale. If it will really be a phone that will define the segment for the next ten years, or if it was just empty PR talk of high-ranking company managers.

Did you mistake this server for some sort of peddler's marketplace? You are here in the article discussion. If you want to pump someone for 5 thousand for your filth, try somewhere else.
where there is demand there is supply...the basis of the economy...if someone is not able to secure what they want, so be it...if you want to educate someone, try it somewhere else...like at home
I'm not talking about the fact that you're a scumbag who wants to pump someone for money, but the fact that you're taking it somewhere it doesn't belong at all. You have nothing to do with the topic, so show some wit and offer it where it belongs. If I were to raise you, I would have to bend you over the knee and you would see the dance.
ordinary zebra, slap and shit, I have a reservation in my name, if anyone wants it, let me know, I get it from another source, I don't want anything for it, I just need to come to Ba

My iPhone unlocks and then I have to take off the gloves anyway or have a pair of glasses with which to control it, because I probably wouldn't enjoy staring at the desktop?????
Comrades in the GDR put their heads together and invented gloves that can be used to control the touch panel and are quite common today, although they can't handle Touch ID, but Face ID can handle it.
1:0 Face ID
…I wonder how Face ID will work when I'm wearing a helmet, goggles and a jacket on a glacier. I spend about 80-90 days in the mountains in winter. Is it possible to load multiple Face IDs…like Touch ID?
I think both questions have been answered by Apple. With glasses that cancel IR, stupidly (or it won't work) and face id is limited to one face.
Thanks. I'll go to the 8 ball.
And does TouchID work on the mountains on the glacier? With gloves, no chance in principle, you will also generally have to enter a PIN (which does require special gloves, but they can be purchased).
FaceID can work at least occasionally in the outlined situation - some types of glasses can handle it, but TouchID is generally a problem in this case.
…well, FaceID would be useful for me. If he went to upload a second profile in a "burka". I already have gloves with "touch", but I take them off anyway. Hitting is not easy.
