Apple introduced its smart watch Apple Watch 9th September. Representatives of the press and fashion bloggers were then allowed into a special showroom, where they could view the watch and some even try it on briefly. However, just a few weeks after the presentation, even "ordinary mortals" have the opportunity to see the watch. Apple displays its latest product at the fashion department store Colette in Paris. The watch is displayed in a glass window and visitors have the opportunity to view it through the glass. Inside the department store, they can get to know the Apple Watch even more closely, but - unlike some journalists and celebrities - they cannot try it on. However, the entire exhibition event only lasts one day, from 11 a.m. to 19 p.m.

Parisian Both 38mm and 42mm Apple Watch sizes can be seen on Rue Saint-Honoré. Most of the specimens on display are from the Apple Watch Sport collection, but those interested can also view watches from the Apple Watch editions, and there are even a few pieces from the premium Apple Watch Edition series, which boasts an 18-karat gold case.

Some members of the team behind the design of the watch, including senior designer Jony Ivo and the new addition to this Apple division, Marc Newson, also attended the presentation event. In addition, both men were photographed at the event with leading representatives of the fashion world, including the well-known designer Karl Lagerfeld and the editor-in-chief of the magazine Spindrift Anna Wintour. Other well-known fashion journalists were also present, such as Jean-Seb Stehli from Madame Figaro or the editor-in-chief of the magazine It Robbie Myers.

There are still months until Apple launches its watch, and there are still many unanswered questions surrounding the Apple Watch. The debut of Tim Cook's first new Apple product is scheduled for early 2015, but the information is not exactly specific. But some sources say that due to a software issue, Cupertino will be happy for Apple Watch sales to begin on Valentine's Day. Of course, it is also not known whether the Apple Watch will go on sale immediately globally, or whether Czech people interested in the watch will have to wait for a delayed local premiere.

The prices of the individual versions of the watch are not published either. We only know that they will start at 349 dollars. According to unofficial reports, the price of the most expensive pieces can go up to $1 (the price for the gold edition can be even higher). Perhaps the last big unknown is the battery life that will power the Apple Watch. However, Apple indirectly revealed that people will charge their watches every day, as they are used to with their phones. For this purpose, in Cupertino, they equipped the new watch with a MagSafe magnetic connector with an inductive charging function.
