In large cities such as Prague/Ostrava/Olomouc/Bratislava/Brno (and surroundings) the MacBook will be handed over to you directly by an employee MacBookarny.cz. He will meet you at a pre-arranged place and time. You will have the opportunity to view the MacBook and all possible questions will be answered. If you like the MacBook, he will give you an invoice and after paying you will take the MacBook away. If you don't like anything, you reject the MacBook and nothing happens. So you are not buying a rabbit in a bag.
14-day return guarantee
Most clients switch to a MacBook because they bought an iPhone, and because they were satisfied, they decided to switch from Windows to a MacBook as well. However, it may happen that iOS or the selected MacBook will not suit you, or you may not be satisfied with the visual state of the MacBook. Whatever your reason, we fully respect the "no reason" formula. We don't want to force anyone to have a device they're not happy with.
You can therefore return the MacBook to us at any time during this period without any explanation. We will gladly exchange your MacBook for another one, or refund your money immediately. This also applies if you purchased the goods at a branch. So there is nothing to worry about.
Free transport
The title probably says it all here. Whether by personal delivery, Czech post or PPL, we will always deliver your MacBook completely free of charge throughout the Czech Republic and SK. The price of the MacBook that you see on the Eshop is final. The only exception is ČD courier - this is an express mode of transport - the client therefore pays for it himself.

Thank you, this confirms what I have heard elsewhere and somewhat matches the behavior I have experienced. Anything can happen, but it's pointless to promise ups and downs and then drag the customer by the nose for a month.
Well, I don't know, the description of the service is nice, but I don't think so with the battery... The original battery means that it is from Apple and will last for 8 years... I can't believe that they sell such a battery for 999 CZK... It is no coincidence that it is a piece of chines with a classic six-month lifespan and a high chance of "inflating"...? :-)

I bought Air more than a year ago. Completely satisfied with both the product and especially the MacBook itself. Now I'm going to change the battery and even though the 999 kc doesn't apply to me, I got a very solid offer including a repair as their customer. Definitely recommended for me
Well, I read it, I also read the discussion on macforum, and being an editor, I would take down this advertisement - according to what was stated there, it is definitely not a top service and rather it smells like consumer deception.
