On iPhones and iPads, users prefer to jump, shoot and race, but then a big adventure with a little robber comes and adventure games suddenly occupy the top places in the list of the most popular games. Tiny thief it is a real diamond that shines like the icon of this great game.
This may be a bit of a subjective assessment, but Tiny Thief absolutely won me over. The game created by the studio 5 Ants and released in the Rovio Stars collection promises several hours of gameplay during which you will not be bored. Tiny Thief offers several unique interactive worlds from medieval times. No level is the same, new surprises and tasks await you in each one, and it's up to you how and how quickly you discover and fulfill them.
The whole story revolves around a little thief who decided to take what belongs to him and what doesn't belong to him. The number of items you can collect in each level varies, as does the method of obtaining them. Sometimes you just need to pick up a shovel from the ground, other times you have to put together a broken picture to get a secret diary. However, these small catches are not necessary to advance to the next round, even if you don't get one of the three stars afterwards. In particular, it is essential to complete the main task of the given level, which usually requires a more complex combination of different elements.
In one of the levels, for example, you have to get the royal perfume. But you can't just walk into the queen's chamber, so you have to come up with a big plan to lure the queen out with the help of servants and a trap. And you will have to come up with similar combinations all the time. In a perfectly drawn environment, where interactive elements abound, it is a joy to discover new possibilities. Every animation is precisely processed, so that even opening a chest with a stolen key looks "realistic".
You move around houses, ships and chambers by tapping where you want to move. If you pass by a place where you can perform an action, the game itself will offer you this option. However, you can't always act straight away, sometimes you need to first get a knife, coin or key, for example, to cut a rope, start a machine or open a door. Authentic sounds complete the experience of playing Tiny Thief. Although the characters are mute, their expressions are clear through bubbles and possibly sounds.
As you will soon find out, the main character of the little thief also inherently includes a nimble squirrel that is hidden in every level and one of your three tasks (the two already mentioned above) is to find it. If you fail to complete any task and you don't know what to do next, you can use the hint book that reveals how to complete each level to three stars. However, you can only use it once every four hours. Tasks in Tiny Thief can often be solved by trial and error, but they are not always that simple. If you are caught in the act, which means that one of the pirates or knights saw you, for example, the game is not over for you, but you are only moved back a few steps, which is quite positive news. So you can keep trying your luck without much delay.
