The only information system for Mac that has an API

Commercial message: The only strong player in the market that has an API. This is how the organizers presented ABRA Flexi during this year's Digifest, to our great joy. Dan Matějka also focused on API in his lecture with fully occupied seats. What interested the audience the most and what are the trends in the field of automation and digitization?

Our story

Two enthusiasts and one genius system. ABRA Flexi started as a start-up of two friends who visionarily proposed that modern software should be in the cloud and with an API to connect to anything. Flexi joined the ABRA family in 2014. Today it has over 10 users, which also includes the companies Prusa Research, Twisto, DesignVille or Dype providing modern accounting for, for example, Oktagon, Niceboy or Fabini.

Our contribution

ABRA Flexi offers an all-in-one solution from accounting to business process to pricing, HR administration and warehouses. And how soon can you start working there? Within 10 minutes and without training, you can log in and make the initial settings. No complex implementation takes place. Flexi is ready for immediate use. Software trends

Entrepreneurs have two options to choose from - either choose a powerful "big" ERP, which can be customized, or bet on a smaller ERP with an API. In the case of the second variant, they will reach the world of interconnected specialized applications in a relatively short time. What are the benefits? Independence and a large degree of freedom - to information system simply log in online, they don't have to update or monitor anything, their data is in a secure cloud. In addition, they will get connected applications offering the best in the segment.

What can be connected via API?

E-shops, banks, CRM, POS, internal systems... basically anything you need. You can either program the connection yourself, leave it to the ABRA Flexi team, or try to use one of the low-code platforms that were also presented at Digifest (tabidoo, Jetveo). Applications and programs then exchange data with each other in real time without the need for human intervention. You don't have to rewrite, import or enter anything. Everything happens automatically.

What can be automated?

• Activities that have a clear definition and are repeated frequently (matching payments in accounting).
• People's activity that can be used more meaningfully (accountants transcribing invoices to a computer will easily replace platforms with invoice mining via artificial intelligence).
