By using the website www.jablickar.cz and all other media from the Text Factory s.r.o. group, you agree to the terms of use below. You can express your disapproval simply by not visiting the website and other media of the Text Factory s.r.o. group. The following terms of use are valid from January 1, 1.

Content consumption

The content of the Jablickar.cz server and other media belonging to the Text Factory s.r.o. group serve as informational content within the aforementioned informational media. The goal of the media is to inform readers about current daily events within thematically targeted content, the thematic nature of which is guaranteed by the style of the given media.

The content of the Jablickar.cz server and other media belonging to the Text Factory s.r.o. group is written in the best goodwill of all editors and is checked by the editor-in-chief. Nevertheless, it may happen that a factual error creeps into the content. The published texts cannot serve as a 100% source of information and may contain factual errors. Discussion and forum

Within the media belonging to the Text Factory s.r.o. group, discussions may be allowed under individual articles, as well as on the discussion forum, which will allow users to publicly share their thoughts and opinions. Texts shared by users or readers can be stored by the server for an unlimited period of time.

By allowing the operator to create a discussion and add contributions to it, he has the right to approve only selected contributions and has the right to delete contributions. Contributions in the discussion must not contradict the legal regulations of the Czech Republic. Posts must not contain vulgar or obscene expressions and insults, expressions of aggression and humiliation, promote any discrimination (especially racial, national, religious, due to gender, health status) or its promotion. Contributions must not interfere with the right to protect the personality of natural persons and the right to protect the name, reputation and privacy of legal entities. Posts must not link to servers containing warez, pornography or so-called "deep web" content. Contributions may also not refer to competing media, or may not constitute advertising messages or refer to e-shops and the like.

The discussant or the reader does not have the right to demand approval of the comment and agrees that his comment can be deleted at any time by the administrator of the individual media. The administrator also has the right to permanently ban the discussant from contributing to discussions and the forum in case of repeated violations of the terms.

Bazaar

As part of the media belonging to the Text Factory s.r.o. group, the Bazaar service is also available, which allows users to add advertisements to sell products. The bazaar service is intended for end customers for C to C sales, i.e. product sales from end customer to end customer. The Bazaar service exclusively prohibits the sale of products by companies and also the sale of products in quantities greater than 3 pieces from one product.

By allowing the operator to create ads in the Bazaar service and add posts to it, he has the right to approve only selected posts and has the right to delete posts. In case of any suspicion of misuse of the service for commercial sale or sale of illegal or stolen goods, such advertisement will be blocked immediately.

The operator is not responsible for the items sold or for the relations between the seller and the buyer. Likewise, the operator does not guarantee the veracity of the information provided in the bazaar service. The operator is not responsible for any misuse of personal data of the advertiser.

Due to the anonymous nature of the service and thus the entire Internet, the operator has no access to data other than the data entered by the user during registration or publication of the ad, and cannot be of assistance in the event of disputes between the seller and the buyer. We strongly warn all buyers to never send money in advance for any item under any circumstances!

By placing an advertisement on the Bazaar pages, the user grants the operator the right to use this content for the purposes of promoting the portal, or as part of projects serving this promotion, in particular in the advertisement aggregator located on the web portal www.buygo.cz.

Copyright protection

All text and audiovisual content within the Text Factory s.r.o. group, which also includes the Jablickar.cz server, is protected by copyright and has the character of an author's work. Based on valid contracts with the editors, the owner of all content is Roman Zavřel (IČ 88111075) and it is not possible to distribute content from these media in any way without his written consent. Copyrighted works are subject to protection in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 of the collection (Copyright Act).

Readers are entitled to use the content published in the media of the Text Factory s.r.o. group, which also includes the Jablickar.cz server, only for their own use. Publishing, distributing or copying the content of the website, including the discussion forum, discussion posts and other parts, is prohibited.

The RSS channel of the Jablickar.cz server and other media of the Text Factory s.r.o. group is used exclusively for personal purposes and facilitates readers' access to the content of the given media. It may not be shared in public media without written consent.

In the event of a violation of the above conditions, or the copyright law, the operator will recover the resulting damages through court proceedings.

Final Provisions
