Sports fans can rejoice. The LiveSport mobile app has finally arrived on the App Store, making it possible to now watch thousands of results from around the world in the comfort of a native iPhone app…
LiveSport.cz has long been one of the best and highest quality providers of sports results on the Czech Internet. Until now, the perfection of this service was only missing a quality mobile application, because it was not very convenient to regularly monitor the results via the browser. Although LiveSport created at least a mobile version, because mobile browsers do not know how to handle the full version, but at that moment the user lost a lot of interesting statistics and information.
Now, however, an app worthy of the LiveSport brand has come out of the FlashScore workshop. And they will probably put a lot of foreign solutions in their pockets, which until now Czech users had to use if they wanted a high-quality results service from football, hockey or baseball.
LiveSport for iPhone has flipped the experience of the web version, including live scores, detailed statistics and the ability to tick those matches that interest you. LiveSport offers results from 26 sports and 3 competitions from around the world, with the most sophisticated soccer service. However, hockey and tennis are not left behind, and connoisseurs who watch water polo, darts, snooker or cricket will also find something to their liking.
The application is very simple. In the left pull-down menu, you choose a sport, while for each of them, a number with the number of matches played on the given day lights up in a gray frame, and in a red frame, the number of matches currently being played.
In the bottom bar, you can then switch between an overview of all matches, an overview of currently played matches, selected matches and tables. You can assign a star to each match, which will put it in a special section that you can easily access, and at the same time you will receive notifications about that match.
There is no point in mentioning all the statistics and data that LiveSport provides for each sport, because that would be too long, and everyone who knows LiveSport already knows about it anyway. I will only mention the present advertisement for the betting office Bet365, but it doesn't disturb her too much. On the contrary, bettors will welcome the fact that the current odds are displayed directly in the lower part of each match.

Hmm, the application is good for bettors, not so much for sports fans themselves. Personally, I much prefer The Football App for football matches. Although the Czech league is not yet there, but according to the creators, it will be soon and, unlike LiveSport, the application offers all the services that a football fan requires.
And what are they, if I may know?
Great app, no other app has such a number of sports and competitions. And results faster than on TV! :) LiveSport.cz has been the number one sports website for me for years, and now also on mobile.
is it possible to choose favorite teams and notifications of only those or do I have to find a match and put a star on it?
It's sad how the developers of the application make such a failure as the cz store...
We are always amazed at what amateurism can be found...
I work at LiveSport and I know this is the intention. We are preparing applications for other markets as well, in each store there will be one international version and one local version. We don't want to have 30 different language versions in each store.
If I am not mistaken, it is not a problem to replace it later with the international one,
I'm totally amazed by this, especially if ro is the first version that should theoretically be seen as much as possible.
Hopefully there will be an article about the "successful unclicking" of the relevant developer field from live again...
Tomáš, what you write here is terrible rubbish. It is nonsense to release the CZ version in the Romanian market, for example. On the one hand, no one would look for her there, and on top of that, Romanians usually don't understand Czech. It makes no sense. Then it makes sense for each market to release a localized version that they are used to and one EN.
I prefer to use Sofascore, it has everything I need and you can set notifications there to make sure the player is playing.
I would like to ask if there are plans for an iPad version as well. Otherwise, the application is great, much nicer design than sofascore, which I used until now... :)
I use the Flashscore app to my full satisfaction.
