Sphero is a "magic" ball that you control with your phone. Besides just rolling on the ground, the Sphero ball has many more uses. You can use Sphero as a balloon for your pet or you can also use it as a boat (the ball can swim in water, it is waterproof).
Sphero is a smart ball, a remote-controlled toy, a technology-packed ball. It moves in any direction, thanks to integrated diodes it changes color as your smartphone tells it to.
But the whole ecosystem is just beginning there. Games can be played with Sphero and it's up to the developer's imagination what they come up with. Sphero can just drive around, race through a virtual pipe, serve as an unusual controller, you can use it to draw or kill zombies jumping out of the carpet. Today, there are already more than 30 games for this ball (for Android, Apple iOS or Windows Phone) and thanks to the improved API, more are being created.

Simple but challenging
Immerse yourself in a new world of games with a robotic ball controlled remotely via your smartphone or tablet. The Sphero app creates an engaging mixed reality gaming experience – virtual reality blending with the real world. Sphero draws you into a new type of gaming, so-called augmented reality, in which real and virtual elements are seamlessly connected. With many free apps available for download now (and more are being developed all the time), Sphero provides many exciting gaming experiences. It's easy to learn how to use Sphero, but it's hard to master it.
Control is intuitive – just tilt your smartphone, slide your fingers across the display or tilt your device and Sphero responds promptly to everything. Your skills get better and better with each new app you download.
Universal entertainment for more than 20 meters
Thanks to a reliable Bluetooth connection, control is always responsive and smooth, even at long distances, allowing you to control Sphero well across the room or across the street. For example, you can use the Sphero to have fun running over various obstacles, weaving between your legs or playing with your pet. With multi-color LED technology, you can change the Sphero to the color that suits you best at the moment, you can play in the dark or choose a team color for team games.
Lots of fun in a small package
A lot of fun in a small package - that's how you could simply describe the Sphero, which is about the size of a baseball and is therefore compact enough to slip into a bag or jacket pocket. Thanks to its Li-Pol battery, a single charge provides more than an hour of full-throttle gaming. Sphero charges inductively, so no cords or cables are needed.
Lots of apps, new ones added every day
Sphero always surprises you with a variety of fun applications for one or more players. Sphero apps help you control Sphero. For Sphero, you can create race tracks of varying difficulty and compete against family and friends. The Chromo app will test your motor coordination and memory. Move and rotate the Sphero, which will act as a controller here, as needed so that it touches the colors on your screen. Or you can play golf, where Sphero represents the ball and your smartphone represents the golf club. And the list of other apps to choose from could go on. With the Sphero SDK available for developers, you can look forward to many more applications.

and you forgot to add that the toy here costs 3,5 thousand :-D
And that's a "sale price" on top of that. Well lol.
Because this is just an advertising article, so you can't expect any negativity or criticism here. And that obviously includes the price, even the seller realizes it. :-) Too bad, everyone will find out the price and be disappointed. If the seller had mentioned it himself, he could at least try to defend it somehow, but this way the last impression is only negative.
I looked for a long time to mark the article as a commercial communication and could not find it. In the end, I found it only at the end, in a frame, but written in a font even smaller than the text of the article itself. In the past, it used to be written next to the title, even in the list of articles it used to be visible. I understand the importance and contribution of these articles, however, their one-sided bias and bias spoils the overall impression of this server. So why does the editor hide it like this? Don't you feel it's a fraud on your supporters? Do you need this?
I would have read the article anyway, but knowing from the beginning that it was an advertising message, I would have perceived it that way and I would not have been so disillusioned with the overall impression. I know, or I believe, that Jablíčkář would have written it better on his own. Better for us.
+1
... this is one of the reasons why I only need to look here once a week.
Articles mostly taken over or about fart and if possible - sell and sell.
Guys, learn from our "journalistic" community.
The decline of the "Apple Farmer" pisses me off!
Peter, please try to list the farts specifically for me. Let
I know what you think we are doing wrong.
I don't know of any Czech internet periodicals dealing with Apple that they publish
daily, several articles, of which practically half are from our own editors (reviews,
tips, considerations...). For example, a message about the first Czech iPad rental company we had
as the very first in the Czech Republic.
What do you think we are selling specifically?
so many people who sign up immediately that they will write quality articles, correct in language and content, for free. You didn't even expect that Libor :-)
What are you doing here, so if you don't like it, don't read it, or present your own work! He who does nothing spoils nothing….
Peter, I also like to remember the time when Honzo Zdarsa started with Jablickar - it was about something different. But on the other hand, I respect the work of the people here, and you can't go full throttle and please everyone. I do it differently and I do it a lot. I wouldn't have time for that myself. I also don't come here as often anymore, but I haven't completely rejected it, I don't go elsewhere more often because of it.
Hello,
I would like to add a few sentences for the editors. The text is a matter of the advertiser, what is included in it is only for his consideration. I would understand the indignation if readers were bombarded with PR articles. For the record: in 2,5 months, 3 paid PR texts were published on Jablíčkára. On average, I receive 5 to 10 offers of PR texts and advertising messages per week in my editorial e-mail.
We can argue about how big the font and placement of the PR article notice should be. However, I believe that we are being fair to our readers, there are periodicals (both printed and online) that do not even bother to label articles of this type.
If you buy a printed periodical, do you write to the publisher, asking them to be ad-free? Or do you take it as a normal part of the media? You can get the content (whether translated or original) from us for free. How many people would contribute out of their own pocket to the operation of the editorial office and author fees?
This function is at least partially replaced by advertisers.
If this calms you down a bit, our own review will come out, and if this ball is not good, if it has any flaws, you will definitely learn about them.
Libor, I agree with you and maybe my post didn't convey the opposite. The criticism about the price was also addressed to the advertiser. And that wasn't even a complaint. Otherwise, I was just sorry that I didn't see the information about the advertising message already at the beginning of the article, that's about all.
To the address "m.", I can only note that I have also contributed my little bit to the mill here a few times, so although very far away, I still have a small idea of what a person sacrifices here and, on the contrary, how ungrateful it can be.
