An affordable and capable alternative is the PhotoScape X application, which can handle all basic and slightly advanced adjustments and is no stranger to animated GIFs.

In the application environment, you can perform basic and advanced editing of your photos and images, create collages, perform mass editing, but also create animated GIFs. Working with the application is very easy, the program environment is perfectly clear and intuitive. You can combine images with each other, apply various effects, filters, use brushes, or perhaps remove the background from photos.
