Battery life and modern smartphones is a topic that most of us probably come across more often than it should be. With the iPhone, for example, it is unfortunately no longer the standard to last even a whole day, so ways are being sought to keep the device alive. Have you ever thought that a wallet could be used for this?
You can take external batteries, spare cables, chargers with you on your travels, but that always means an extra box or cable than you would normally want to have in your pockets. On the contrary, what you always have with you in most cases is a wallet. And it was in it that the Třinec team finally found a solution to battery problems and created the JUST WaLLET – a wallet that hides a 1900mAh battery and a cable to save your dying phone.
At first glance, you won't find anything unusual about JUST WaLLET. This is a classic wallet of normal dimensions, but in addition to banknotes and credit cards, a battery and a short cable for charging smartphones can also fit into it. Thanks to the capacity of 1900 mAh, you can charge the iPhone from zero to one hundred percent with JUST WaLLET in a maximum of three hours. It will then take you more than three hours to recharge the battery in your wallet.

During the day, when, for example, you don't carry a backpack or purse with you, but only have your phone, keys and wallet in your pocket, the JUST WaLLET comes in extremely handy. You just pull the cable out of it (you can choose between classic microUSB, 30-pin connector and Lightning), connect the iPhone and charge. You won't even feel the presence of the external battery much due to the weight of the wallet itself, it is only 100 grams.
If you are interested in the smart charging wallet, the only problem so far is that the JUST WaLLET is still on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo, where it needs to raise $40 in order to start mass production. If the campaign succeeds, the first pieces are expected to be delivered in November this year. The plastic JUST Wallet costs 59 dollars, the leather version costs 79 dollars, which is equivalent to 1 and 200 crowns respectively. You can support the project and order your JUST WALLET here.
nice idea :)
If there isn't at least some loop (which it seems there isn't) to insert the phone, then it's absolutely useless.
I can't imagine how someone will carry it hanging from their wallet on that cable.
I, on the other hand, can't imagine carrying a mobile phone of today's size in a wallet - it would almost have to be a handbag :-D You normally insert the cable into the mobile phone, close the wallet and put it in your pocket, don't you? Or do you mean something else?
Well, you probably won't put the wallet with the cell phone in your pocket either. Just an elastic strap, behind which you can insert the mobile phone so that it does not fall out of the wallet. Feel free to let him out. (Mobile). But keep it together
Well, I don't know, there seems to be zero interest….
Great idea! And from CR? But probably lousy promotion in the USA, maybe try it here?
A wallet is a rather individual thing, so I don't know if it's better to choose any and put it in it http://usb.brando.com/4-5mm-super-slim-portable-battery-with-flash-memory_p03227c041d015.html . If only it was worked out so that the phone in the wallet would be inserted to make it one "set", but it looks really unusable like this.
Well, I think that the author just wanted to get rid of thinking about something else that you still have to push somewhere, etc. And the capacity is certainly much better :-) And to make a slot for mobile phones of today's dimensions - regardless of how many sizes there are , is probably almost impossible. But otherwise, the slime doesn't look bad either :-)
So it was just an example of what I found in 30 seconds on google :-) Fortunately, I don't need it, a few years ago I bought an external battery of approx. 5Ah, but I used it 3 times and I don't even know where it is :-))
Oh, and I would take it quite a bit - as a tourist :-)
Good idea, awkward execution…
The idea is interesting, but the execution is not quite ideal in my opinion.
I don't know, but the idea that with every payment I will be careful so that the mobile phone does not fly out of my pocket .. is a bit strange .. it's better to put a mobile phone with some external source in a waist bag, pocket (vest), etc. ..
A little expensive wallet with cable. When I opened it, I'm sure that my cards would fly out if I had a phone connected to it and maybe made a call with it somewhere. I think you won't use it. An expensive investment and a wallet is possible for 1 card and a few paper bills…
If I understand correctly, it is a classic wallet. So I should put in it how many cards I need, documents, change and bills - or where did you read about such a small space in Ctom? Have you tried it yet? I'm honestly serious because I like it so much!!! So where did you get this information?
Regardless of the fact that if I calculate the price of a nice wallet and some external chargers, the price comes out pretty similar. So why not get it together?
And one more thing, I wouldn't call with an external Powerbank by my ear either (so that it hangs there). Normally, I let it charge and when I need to, I disconnect it, right? But I know that I will always be on the receiving end (when I'm sitting in a pub somewhere, I'm somewhere in the mountains, etc.) and I don't have to drag more blocks with me anymore. I have been in such situations a thousand times and as far as I can remember, I always had my wallet with me. I would have given anything for that at that point.
