Perla Haney-Jardine on the left, Lisa Jobs on the right

The daughter of Steve Jobs, who should be the heroine of the upcoming film about the co-founder of Apple, will be played by 17-year-old Perla Haney-Jardine, who played, for example, in the third Spider-Man. She will play the role of Lisa Brennan-Jobs in the film directed by Danny Boyle.

The young actress is thus alongside Michael Fassbender, who won the main role of Steve Jobs himself, another confirmed participant in the filming, which should begin in the coming months according to Aaron Sorkin's script.

Although Sorkin wrote the screenplay based on Jobs' biography by Walter Isaacson, in which the daughter of the Apple co-founder did not appear for sensitive reasons, she should be the heroine in the film, he revealed previously a screenwriter. Jobs had a complicated relationship with his daughter, initially he didn't want to admit to paternity, and it wasn't until he was a teenager that he came forward with Lisa.

In addition to the already mentioned pair of actors, Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak, Michael Stuhlbarg as Andy Hertzfeld and Jeff Daniels as John Sculley should also appear in the film. Lisa's mother Chrisann Brennan is to be played by Katherine Waterston. Kate Winslet should also be cast, but her role is still unknown. Former Apple PR chief Katie Cotton and Jobs' wife Laurene are also rumored to appear in the film.

The film about Steve Jobs will describe three different parts of the visionary's life, and it is not yet clear what role his daughter will play, however, at least in appearance, Haney-Jardine is a very faithful copy of Lisa Jobs.
