Everyone should know how to sign a PDF document on iPhone. Gone are the days when you had to own a printer and scanner to scan and sign any document. How to sign a PDF document on iPhone
If you want to sign a PDF document on your iPhone, it is of course first necessary that you have it available. For example, you can download it from the Internet or save it from an e-mail to the Files application. If you currently have the document in paper form, you can do so simple scan. To sign, all you have to do is proceed as follows:
- First, you need to move to the application Files and PDF document found here and they opened.
- Once you've done that, tap on in the top right corner circled pencil icon (Annotation).
- This will display all options for annotation. Click on the bottom right the + icon.
- A small menu will appear, click on the option Signature.
- Now you just have to they clicked on one of the selected signatures, which will insert it.
- If none you don't have a signature so proceed as follows:
- Tap the option Add or remove a signature, which will bring you to the signature management interface.
- Then press the s button in the upper left corner + icon.
- A white screen will appear to which fart (or maybe a stylus) sign.
- Once you've created your signature, tap on done press if necessary Delete top right and repeat the process.
- This will insert the signature into the document itself.

It is clear to everyone that a black signature, moreover, made with a finger, is completely useless. It's really just an emergency tool that can only be used on rare occasions. If you want a solution at a solid level, you have to choose another solution. I sign documents in the PDF Expert application, I also have a company stamp there, and the result is indistinguishable from the classic paper original, so I also sign orders and invoices worth hundreds of millions with it.
So I don't sign orders and invoices for hundreds of millions, but I've been using the procedure described in this article for several years and so far I've never encountered a problem, or the fact that someone returned the document to me. In addition, the color of the signature can be easily changed during insertion, easily to blue or maybe pink. And you can use a stylus to create your signature.
