The first reviews of the newly introduced iPhones have started to appear on the website, and the top models iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are usurping most of the attention. However, as the first tests indicate, ignoring the cheaper iPhone 11 would be a big mistake, because it is, at least according to most reviewers, a very good phone.

First of all, it is necessary to mention what is actually repeated from last year. Even this year, most reviewers agree that it is the iPhone 11 that most interested parties should buy, as it makes the most sense. It has very similar capabilities at a price that hasn't been around for three years. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Compared to last year's XR model, the new iPhone 11 has been innovated mainly on the camera side, where a second lens with an ultra-wide lens has been added. It brings a lot of new photo opportunities, but reviewers agree that the quality of the photos taken behind the main camera falters a little. On the other hand, what deserves recognition is the new Night Mode, which allegedly works very well. After years, iPhones will finally not have major problems with taking photos in poor lighting conditions. According to many, Apple is the furthest with this technology. But the question remains what Google will do with its 4th generation Pixel.

The iPhone 11 scores other positive points in the area of video, where Apple currently has little competition. Support for 4K/60, together with XDR for the rear cameras and 4K/60 for the front one, is really an excellent thing for all those who shoot a lot on their smartphones. The newly available switching between individual lenses is very natural, and the user can thus make full use of the rear camera module not only when taking photos, but also when filming.

Other frequently praised elements include the innovative Face Time camera, now with a 12 MPx sensor and a wider field of view. Portrait Mode has also been improved, which now has six special modes. Again, there is no need to doubt the hardware inside, the A13 Bionic processor can handle everything the user throws at it. It is currently the most powerful mobile chip on the market, both in terms of CPU performance and GPU performance.

What reviewers did not like, on the other hand, was the inclusion of the same (and extremely weak) 5W charger, which remained with the cheaper iPhone this year, while the Pro models already received an 18W charging adapter. Many reviewers have also complained about the behavior of the iOS 13 operating system, which is said to still be quite buggy, with frequent app crashes and generally unstable behavior. This is not very common with Apple. As for the operating system, iOS 13 will be released to the public this week only, with version 13.1 arriving by the end of September. As for the hardware itself, the first lucky ones will receive their new iPhones this Friday.
