The final version of iOS 6 is expected to be released today for all supported devices. Although Apple did not specify the official release time, however, the server Absinthejailbreak.com guessed based on previous release times (iOS 4 and iOS 5) that this would happen at 10am pacific time which is 19 hours in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. However, you can expect Apple's servers to be overloaded at launch time, so it's wiser to wait a few hours and download the update at full speed.

To install, you need to have iTunes 10.7 and update through it. The Over-the-Air update is intended for smaller updates within one major version, so you can't do without a cable.

According to this page Apple (thanks to the user Toy) iOS 6 should also be available as an OTA update judging by the images. However, Apple said at WWDC 2011 that OTA updates will actually be delta updates, meaning that only a new part of the system will be downloaded, not the entire iOS. However, to upgrade to iOS 6, you will need to download the entire operating system, which will be between 700-800 MB. So we'll see how it turns out at 19 p.m.
