Producer, rapper and co-founder of Beats, now part of Apple, Dr. Dre made the most money in the history of music show business this year. The ranking of the highest-earning people in the music business was published by the American magazine Forbes.

The first place was sovereignly placed by Dr. Dre, who earned more than half a billion dollars in 2014, specifically 620 million. Singer Beyoncé took second place with a significantly smaller income of $115 million. The top ten highest-earning musicians in 2014 earned a combined total of around $1,4 billion, of which Dr. Dre.

The Eagles ($100 million), Bon Jovi ($82 million) or Bruce Springsteen ($81 million) took the other places.

Most of the profits of Dr. Dre does not come from recording, but mainly from the sale of Beats, which in May he bought Apple for three billion dollars. It is not known what amount from the sale of Dr. It fell to Dre, but it certainly helped him become the highest-paid musician in history.
