I've been thinking for a long time about what the first iPhone game I'll tackle here will be. In the end, it was decided by an event on the Appstore, when there was a Diner Dash 50% off to $4,99. Since I think that this product is worth the money and since I don't know how long it will be discounted, I decided to present it to you now.
A kind of story accompanies you throughout the game, where you become an administrative worker Flo, who does not enjoy her work. As she runs away from her colleagues, she is attacked start your own restaurant. And your task is clear. Making a 5-star restaurant out of an ordinary pajzlík.
Diner Dash is at its core very simple game. A guest comes to your restaurant, you have to seat him at the table, wait for him to choose and process the order. Then you bring the order to the chef and when the food is cooked, you take it to the guests' table. As soon as they finish, you clean them up, take away the dishes, and other guests can sit at the table. In short, nothing complicated. But this concept is incredibly fun! The restaurant fills up and so do you myou eat huge chips to keep up with everything. You fly from table to table, with three plates in your hand, and distribute them so that a guest doesn't get upset that he doesn't have his portion on the table yet.
For all these actions you get points. The faster you are, the more, of course, because you get, for example, bigger spikes. But the points can also be multiplied according to different combos, for example if you seat a guest with the correct color (e.g. red) on a seat where you see a sign with the same color as my guest. It looks simple, but when the carousel spins and you only see angry guests in the queue or at the table, then You suddenly feel like you're not doing anything at all!
The game offers 50 "story" levels in 5 different restaurants. Your job is to raise money to equip the restaurant better and better. The game also offers 6 different types of guests, so that scoring is not so easy. If you happen to finish the game, you can play in the so-called endless mode. In short, you serve and serve, but you must not annoy the customers too much, otherwise it will be game over!
If you're still undecided whether it's worth buying this game or not, I'll help you decide further. I'm playing you can try to play like flash game, or get it directly download from the official website on your Mac (limited to 60 minutes) or Windows (free full game). However, the conversion to iPhone was really successful in terms of controls and graphics, and I think that you will not regret the money spent in this way!
Discussion of the article
Discussion is not open for this article.
This is my first "review" and I want to ask you, isn't it too long for you? Does the length suit you? Or do you just want some brief information? Should I add YouTube videos to the article? I will be glad for any of your observations! Write to me either here in the comments or by email.
I really like the review. Everything important is here like game objectives, controls, images from the game. Otherwise, I really like the game, but I'm stuck in one round now and I can't continue :(
I like it too, but the Youtube videos are a good idea, you could see how it looks right away :-) otherwise the game is great!
