Challenges that Apple Watch users can complete have a godly purpose - they "force" them to do a certain activity, for which they will then receive a reward. This is usually not only in the form of some thematic badge, but also possibly with stickers that you can use not only in iMessage but also in FaceTim. This year should be no different.

Already now, i.e. during the whole of January, the activity is taking place Ring in the New Year, which is already an established tradition. Apple launched it for the sixth year in a row, despite the pandemic. But this New Year's challenge is also the most challenging that Apple regularly prepares for its users. You must stand for at least one minute out of 24 out of 30 hours, meet the recommended XNUMX minutes of exercise per day, and burn your personal calorie goal daily for seven consecutive days. That's also why you have a whole month for it.

In February of last year, Apple released an activity it called Unity. It was connected with Black History Month, which falls on the month of February in the USA. For this occasion, Apple also released a special edition Apple Watch in the colors of the Pan-African flag. We probably won't see the watch this year, but the activity could become a new tradition.

March 8 will be International Women's Day, for which Apple is also preparing a special activity. This is usually only valid for this day, and to get a special badge and stickers in it, it is enough to do more than 20 minutes of exercise.

Earth Day falls on April 22, and the challenge is linked to this day, but was interrupted in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. But she returned again last year, so it can be assumed that we will see her again this year. You will need to exercise for 30 minutes or more that day to earn this award.

International Dance Day credits April 29. And since the Apple Watch from watchOS 7 also offers a dance activity, you could have already done at least a 20-minute workout in this activity last year to get bonus material. And of course also the appropriate badge. Whether Apple will start this activity again this year is a question. It's the same with se Yoga day, which falls on June 21. Here, it was enough to devote 15 minutes to this activity. However, these two activities can easily be replaced by others. There are plenty of world days of various sports that the Apple Watch can track.

On August 28, 2021, an activity related to national parks. So you had to walk or run 1,6 km during that day to get the award. Initially, this activity was intended only for the territory of the USA, but last year it spread worldwide. So there is no reason for Apple to change it this year. The last activity was from November 11 Veterans Day. But since this is only a holiday in the USA, the activity was only available there.
