A little while ago, Apple released a trio of new systems iOS 11.4.1, watchOS 4.3.2 and tvOS 11.4.1 for all owners of compatible iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch and Apple TV. These are only minor updates that bring bug fixes and overall system security improvements.

While the watchOS 4.3.2 update notes only tell us that the system includes bug fixes and improves Apple Watch security, Apple was a little more forthcoming with iOS 11.4.1. The update should fix an issue that prevented some users from seeing the last known location of their AirPods in the Find My iPhone app. At the same time, after updating your iPhone or iPad, the reliability of synchronizing mail, contacts and notes with Exchange accounts will increase. For the iPhone 8 Plus, the update file is 220,4 MB in size.

The new iOS 11.4.1 can traditionally be found in Settings -> In general -> Software update. You can then update your Apple Watch to watchOS 4.3.2 via the Watch application on the iPhone, specifically in My watch -> In general -> Software update. You can download tvOS 11.4.1 to your Apple TV (2015) or Apple TV 4K in Settings -> System -> Software update -> Update the software.

Update: Alongside the new iOS, Apple also released HomePod 11.4.1, the most up-to-date firmware version for its smart speaker. This brings a general improvement in the stability and quality of functions.
