Apple's management page for the past three years has undergone many changes in its cast, and only a few senior vice presidents remained in their original positions in 2011. Today, Apple added five new key people to the site with the title of vice president. The footnotes separating the senior vice presidents are now located Paul Devene, vice president of special projects, Lisa Jackson, Vice President of Environmental Initiatives, Joel Podolny, Dean of Apple University, Johnny srouji, vice president of hardware technologies, and Denise Young Smith, vice president of international human resources.

Putting vice presidents on the leadership side goes hand in hand with diversity, which Apple started promoting on its website. Now you can see more women in leadership. Even before the arrival of Angela Ahrendts, the site did not count a single female member, today you can find three high-ranking women in the management of the world's most valuable company. (We would also find the other two in the company's board of directors.)

Also interesting is the fact that all five vice-presidents are relatively new to their position, some of them have only been with the company for a few months. Paul Devene moved to Apple from Yves Saint Laurent last year, Lisa Jackson moved to the company from the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) in the same year, Denise Young Smith took over the reins of human resources six months ago, Johny Srouji is in charge of hardware technology after Bob Mansfield and Joel Podolny has been working full-time at Apple University since last year.
