The new iPhone 13 is literally just around the corner. This year's generation should be revealed to the world as usual in September, when the Apple Watch Series 7 will be presented at the same time, and quite probably AirPods 3. If you are one of our regular readers, you certainly did not miss our article about the expected sales of the new "thirteens." Apple itself is counting on the high popularity of the expected models, which is why it is also increasing production and apple suppliers are hiring more so-called seasonal employees. But will the iPhone 13 (Pro) really be that hot? The latest research from SellCell, which shows quite interesting values.
iPhone 13 Pro (Render):
According to published information from SellCell, 44% of current iPhone users are planning to switch to one of the models from the expected range. Specifically, 38,2% are grinding their teeth to buy the 6,1″ iPhone 13, 30,8% for the 6,7″ iPhone 13 Pro Max and 24% for the 6,1″ iPhone 13 Pro. The interesting thing is with the iPhone 13 mini model. The mini version was not very popular even in the case of last year's generation, while this year should be the last year when the smaller phone will be released. For this reason, even in the survey, only 7% of respondents expressed an interest in this little thing. So it's no wonder we won't see him again next year.
The survey continues to investigate why Apple users actually want to switch to one of the models from the iPhone 13 series. In this direction, the display with a 120Hz refresh rate was most often inclined, which was mentioned by 22% of respondents. Another interesting fact is that 18,2% hope for the arrival of Touch ID under the display. This group could theoretically be disappointed, as predictions in this direction only point to the year 2023. Furthermore, 16% of Apple users are looking forward to an always-on display and 10,9% are looking forward to a reduced upper cutout. On the other hand, the respondents did not show much interest in the new color variant, faster chip, reverse charging and WiFi 6E. The survey itself involved over 3 iPhone owners from the United States, all of whom are over 18 years old.
Everything is always unnecessary (a display with a higher refresh rate, a display without a cutout, an Always-on display), but when Apple offers it, they shell out 20-30 grand to have it :))))
Holy truth, a phone for 42 on Alza has a smaller battery than a phone for 5 and a comparable camera with phones up to 15 at most.
So you've probably never had an iPhone X or newer, because the camera is possibly the best of all mobile phones, the 120hz display is noticeable when in use and always-on consumes 2% of the battery per day, and iPhones recently had problems with low battery, most recently with the iPhone 6
Lol this is a really stupid comment. The iPhone is soaked in every detail, everything works absolutely reliably. Display, viewing angles are TOP, camera too. The sound from the speakers is luxurious. As for video and audio recording, for example at an open festival, the microphone captures luxurious sound with bass. On a phone for 5000.- you just have nerves and nothing else, everything grunts, squeaks, cheap plastics, etc. Go to a store somewhere to see the pieces on display and compare yourself.
shut up *****
Samsungs have had all this for a long time
So stay with the Koreans and don't bother.
Apple fan base vs Android fans. :) Are these real androids on this apple site? :D
In fact, everyone is comfortable with what they have and what they are used for. Let's face it, the one who says that a phone for 30 will probably be better than one for 5 is right.
Some people like an open system, others like a closed one. You can't compare HW+SW Apple vs 1000 manufacturers and one Android. This is where Apple's real strength lies, and it's like comparing apples and pears.
I've tried both and if I don't evaluate the phone as a piece of HW but the ecosystem and security, the quality of execution and maturity, then I resent Android and I'm content with the fact that apple perfects 4 years of invented Adnroid stuff and if I'm not mistaken, the new Android doesn't look more like iOS?
The truth is that Apple is Mercedes in the world of HW and the price of this HW+SW is an insurmountable bar for some users and that's what annoys Apple :)
No one likes Android. In short, the socks have nothing more to do, so they rush.
It's also interesting when Apple doesn't have the most expensive phone on the market...
