In a little while, specifically at 19:00 our time, Apple will start its event called California Streaming. What can we expect from it? It will definitely happen on the iPhone 13, probably on the Apple Watch Series 7 and maybe even on the 3rd generation AirPods. Read what new things these devices should offer. Apple broadcasts its event live. We will provide you with a direct link to the video, under which you can also watch our Czech transcription. So you won't miss anything important, even if you don't speak English twice. You can find the link to the article below.

iPhone 13

The main attraction of the whole event is, of course, the expectation of the new generation of iPhones. The 13 series should again include four models, i.e. iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. The certainty is the use of the Apple A 15 Bionic chip, which, in terms of performance, leaves all the competition far behind. After all, we reported on this in detail in separate article.

iPhone 13 concept:

Regardless of the model, it is widely expected that we will finally see a reduction in the cutout for the front camera and sensor system. Camera upgrades are also a certainty, although it's clear that the Pro models will make a big leap over the base line. We should also expect a larger battery and faster charging, in the case of Pro models then reverse charging, i.e. by placing the phone on its back you can wirelessly charge, for example, your AirPods. In the same way, Apple should reach for new colors to clearly attract customers to a more varied collection from which they can choose.

iPhone 13 Pro Concept:

The desired storage increase should also come, when the iPhone 13 jumps from the basic 64 to 128 GB. In the case of Pro models, it is expected that the upper storage capacity will be 1 TB. The lowest should be a relatively high 256 GB. More innovation is generally expected from the Pro models. Their display should get a 120Hz refresh rate, and we should also expect the Always-On function, where you can still see the time and missed events on the display without having a major impact on battery life.

Apple Watch Series 7

Apple's smart watch is awaiting the biggest redesign since the so-called Series 0, i.e. its first generation. In connection with the Apple Watch Series 7, the most common talk is about the arrival of a brand new look. It should come closer to that of iPhones (but also iPad Pro or Air or the new 24" iMac), so they should have sharper cut edges, which will increase the size of the display itself and, ultimately, the straps. It's still with them Backward Compatibility with the older ones a big question.

A further increase in performance is certain, when the novelty should be fitted with an S7 chip. There is also a lot of speculation about the endurance, which according to the most daring wishes could jump up to two days. After all, this also involves the possible improvement of the sleep monitoring function, around which there is frequent embarrassment (most users charge their Apple Watch overnight, after all). Certainties are new straps or new dials, which will only be available for new items.

AirPods 3rd generation

The design of the 3rd generation of AirPods will be based on the Pro model, so it notably has a shorter stem, but does not include replaceable silicone tips. Since Apple cannot transfer all the features of the Pro model to the lower segment, we will certainly be deprived of active noise cancellation and throughput mode. But we will see a pressure sensor for control, as well as Dolby Atmos surround sound. However, the microphones should also undergo an improvement, which will receive the Conversation Boost function, amplifying the voice of the person speaking in front of you.
