The native Health app is a great tool for keeping track of your health data, sleep, physical activity or even calorie intake. Using this application, like many other native tools from Apple, is very simple and intuitive, but we believe that the five tips that we bring you in today's article will be useful to you.

Adding activities

The Health application also consists of a main page, where you can find an overview of all important data, parameters and activities. You can influence which activities appear in this overview. On the main summary, tap in the upper right corner edit, and in the list that appears, always click on an asterisk next to the data, which you want displayed in the main overview.

Check for third-party apps

One of the advantages of native Health in your iPhone is the ability to connect with compatible third-party applications and then transfer the relevant data. You can always find data on compatibility with native Zdraví in the description of the application in the App Store. To check which third-party apps it's connected to, or to add one manually, tap on the main summary any section. Roll up to Dolu, click on Data sources and access, and then activate whether disable selected apps.

Sleep tracking

You don't necessarily need a feature-rich Apple Watch to track your sleep – your iPhone, for example, can do the same job just fine. Export that

The data that is stored and displayed in the native Health on your iPhone can be easily and quickly exported at any time - for example, if you want to enter it into your own charts or send it to your doctor. To export data, launch the Health app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. At the very bottom, tap on Export all health date and action confirm. The entire operation may take some time depending on the volume of exported data couple of minutes. You can further process the exported data directly on the iPhone, for example in the Health Export CSV application.
