Battery check

One of the banal but often overlooked reasons for problems with AirPods can be a weak battery in the case or in the headphones themselves. To check the battery charge of the AirPods, bring the earphones in the case closer to the paired phone and unlock it. Open the AirPods case and the relevant information should appear on the display.

Turn Bluetooth off and on

A wide variety of restarts of all possible functions and devices are also proven to solve a number of problems. In the case of AirPods, you can try a Bluetooth reset. The procedure is really simple - activate on your iPhone Control Center, on the connection tile, turn off Bluetooth, wait a moment, and then turn it back on.

Reset AirPods

You can also reset the AirPods themselves. How to do it? Place the headphones in the case, close the lid and wait 30 seconds. Then put the AirPods back on and start the iPhone Settings -> Bluetooth, eventual Settings -> the name of your AirPods. To the right of AirPods, tap ⓘ , choose Ignore device, and then reconnect the AirPods. You can also put the AirPods in the case, open the lid, hold the button for 15 seconds until the LED on the case flashes orange and then white, bring the AirPods closer to the phone and follow the instructions on the screen.

AirPod cleaning

The reason for problems with your AirPods can also sometimes lie in dirt that can be found either in the connector or inside the case. Carefully wipe the case and the headphones themselves. Using a cleaning compound, a suitable brush, a brush cloth or other safe tool, remove any dirt from the connector, the inside of the case and the headphones themselves, and try if this procedure worked.
