Turn Bluetooth off and on

Using a cleaning compound, a suitable brush, a brush cloth or other safe tool, remove any dirt from the connector, the inside of the case and the headphones themselves, and try if this procedure worked.

Restart your iPhone

You can also try restarting your iPhone. First press and release the volume up button and then the volume down button. Then hold the side button until the Apple logo appears on the display. For iPhones with a Home Button, press and release the Volume Down button, then hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
