The six-part drama, which premieres worldwide on May 17, tells the story of Black Panther leader Huey P. Newton's escape to Cuba and is based on a monumental article in The Big Cigar magazine of the same name. Newton escapes to Cuba with the help of famed producer Bert Schneider in an incredibly elaborate plan – involving a fake film production – that goes awry in every possible way.
