Updated. Very interesting news for the Czech user flows from Poland. Apple is reportedly planning to launch the iTunes Music Store in ten more European countries. The exact date is not yet known, but the launch of the online music store is most likely October.
Among the named countries to which the iTunes Music Store should visit are Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Another seven countries were not specified, however, 27 of the 12 countries of the European Union do not yet have the iTunes Music Store. In addition to the three named above, these are Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
It is said that it would not be possible to reach Cyprus and Malta, which pay for their geographical location and low population. The rest of the countries can probably look forward to the music business.
While the App Store, i.e. the store of applications for iOS, is available in most countries of the world, the iTunes Music Store is much more limited. It's been slow to expand mainly due to the licensing issues the music industry is dealing with. If, however, the message of the Polish website Rzeczpospolita will fill, the iTunes Music Store will see a significant expansion.
Updated. The arrival of the iTunes Music Store in the Czech Republic has now been indirectly confirmed by Apple itself. When you want to download or update an application from the App Store, iTunes will ask you to approve the new terms of the store. And it is clear from them that the iTunes Music Store will visit us as well. You can read the new terms below:

Well, that's good news, at least I hope that MusicMatch will be available in our country, because as Steve named it, it takes the entire library and "illegally", understand = not from iTunes, it downloads the added songs for a single fee, sorts them, names them, pictures them, etc. i would go
"Added songs will be downloaded, sorted, named, illustrated, etc. for a flat fee. I'd go for it."
And you don't have that? For God's sake.
Well, I also don't have all the details, let alone a picture, and they're not legal at all. So, for some reasonable money, I would also go for it.
Super
"iTunes Music Store is heading to the Czech Republic"
Again? :D
Speculation, speculation, speculation... In Poland, they wanted to be visible, so they released a "rumor"... By the way, could someone explain to me what effect the geographical location of Malta or Cyprus has on internet music sales? :)
It's not speculation. This information came to me a few days ago from two Czech publishing houses. But first they talked about Tuesday, then Wednesday... anyway, it's really a matter of a short time.
Hello. purely out of curiosity, how is it with Czech performers in the iTunes database? What does the Czech interpreter have to do for this? That is, who fills the iTunes database?
Thanks
You will find out in time…
I believe that it will start them, but I also believe that the offer could be somewhat limited.
Well, there will be some truth in that, today when I bought the application, my iTunes account pushed me new conditions for approval. Added conditions regarding the purchase of music, movies, positioning of series...
I doubt that the itunes music store will come to Slovakia this year. Not just because they didn't give Apple an online store, although our laws and language are very similar to the Czech Republic.
It is so:

I don't think anyone here has mentioned the rivalry between iPad and Galaxitab yet. These are basically the "same" gadgets, mainly the AppStore and iTunes strongly favor the iPad. If companies are really going to compete for customers from Europe, Apple would be foolish to resist iTunes from entering "new" markets. I remember an article on this website where you ask Czech publishers about iTunes and they all say how much they would like this, but that no offer came from Apple.
Apple is finally starting to behave in a market and not utilitarian way, when it stops seeing some of its services as exclusive and only for certain countries. So I believe that Apple will strive to enter other countries, and as an apple seller, I hope that it will come to us as well.
I am curious about the pricing policy, I hope that the prices will be uniform, as elsewhere in €. I would also like to know if there will be movies and series, whether dubbing or subtitles will be available. Or how is it elsewhere, where English is not the official language? Do you need subtitles or dubbing in German iTunes?
The dubbing and subtitles are not very realistic in my opinion.
Thanks for the response. And on the German iTunes are movies and series only in English?
I think they are real. How about TV Nova and its database of films and series. This could be put to good use.
It already works (try iTunes), but there's not much there :) I guess they're just getting started
Yes, I just bought the first album on iTunes on my computer!!!! Hooray! It doesn't work on iPhone or iPad yet.
I've already managed to do it, but so far they're crazy.
I just bought a Sting… :-)
It also works in Slovakia and other countries
It also works on my iPhone. ;)
So it works a bit weird on the iPad so far, but I found Landa, Coats, etc. I also tried to buy something and now I have Nirvana. It doesn't work on iPhone yet.
Sorry Tried
it looks decent, at first nothing for years and then such a mess :D
