It seems that in the final months of this year, the Apple stores of Czech premium resellers broke loose. Not long after we informed you about the opening of the store iWorld, another store will be opened in Prague, this time under the auspices of Setos.
iSetos, in addition to regular services, such as the offer of a regular apple assortment including all accessories, should also offer a simple e-mail help-line with a guaranteed response within approx. 6 hours, advice on Apple products, loyalty discounts and in the future a kind of virtual Genius Bar that can be found in official Apple Stores.
Regarding prices, it will be best to directly quote Tomáš Fencl, Product Manager of Setos:
"Prices at this store will probably be similar to the competition, we are determined to keep the recommended prices, because Apple products definitely deserve it. We do not want Apple products to become the target of the hunt for low prices on well-known Czech search engines for the lowest prices and thus be degraded by the necessary service. Apple products need to be sold to the customer with a certain sales culture. These are not products that would be appropriate to sell in a self-service store right next to pastries or on the Internet from the living room. When you buy a great Apple product, you want to see it, touch it, talk about it with someone who shares the same enthusiasm.”
The grand opening will be held November 27 at 11 p.m in Prague shopping center Chodov. In connection with the opening of the store, iSetos prepared an event for its new customers:
- The first 50 customers who purchase an iPod touch 8 GB will receive a 50% discount, i.e. CZK 2.
- The first 20 customers who purchase a 13" MacBook Pro in the lowest configuration will receive a 20% discount, i.e. the final price will be CZK 22.
- For another 50 applicants for an iPod touch and 20 applicants for a MacBook Pro, they will receive a valuable gift. More information will be released on 24/11 at 14pm along with the exact opening rules.
- Customers who come to the store and know the secret password from the published QR code (you can find it, for example, at Twitter or Facebook channel ) will receive a gift when purchasing over CZK 200.
The rules should be set so that only those who come first are entitled to these special offers, which is to be ensured by an organized queue. Directories or pre-registration are out of the question.

Well, it looks really cool :-) I like it
This is very nicely said: "Apple products must be sold to the customer with a certain sales culture." These are not products that would be appropriate to sell in a self-service store right next to pastries or on the Internet from the living room. When you buy a great Apple product, you want to see it, touch it, talk about it with someone who shares the same enthusiasm.”
A truly apt naming of the sales culture! Unfortunately, we will continue to deal with lemmas, who will stubbornly promote mass Chinese low-quality production on the grounds that apple is an overpriced scumbag. The service is really spot on, and after many years of experience from a wide range of contacts with support, I must state unequivocally that I was ashamed when I dealt with an absolutely banal matter with Apple, which they paid the attention to, which I did not get anywhere near when communicating with much larger conglomerations .
However, the pace of the opening of new Apple stores pleases me and indicates that culture in the field of IT and consumer electronics has finally arrived in our region. Just thick and bigger drops!
Keson: be careful with that China! Apple products are not only completely manufactured in China, but also assembled! Apple in California "only" suggests them ;-)
Patrik: I understand that there is "Chinese low-quality production", which does not exclude "Chinese high-quality production". Keson does not write anywhere that everything from China is of poor quality. Additionally, not everything in Apple computers is made in China, and not all Apple computers are assembled there. And in any case, thanks to the company's Californian origins and design, Apple can't be talking about computers from anywhere but the US. :D
Can I get a good ipod touch 4 for 2900kc?
Yes, you got it right! :)
