Shortly after the official release of iOS 7 for all supported devices, Apple released the hundredth update only for the iPhone 5s. Users who bought the phone reported a problem with the fingerprint reader, which is one of the main innovations of the phone. Although the reader itself works well, when enabling the option to enter a fingerprint to confirm an app purchase in the App Store, the software did not work quite right and required a plain text password instead of a fingerprint.
The update should fix this issue. It is downloadable OTA (Over-the-Air) in Settings > General > Software Update or via iTunes, the delta update is 17,5 MB in size.
Above all, they should fix the terrible design - the colors are garish like from a circus, the system dialogues blend into the background, the buttons are indistinguishable from the plain text, the graphics are like 20 years ago, everything is piled on top of each other, indistinguishable from each other... Ergonomics for the "genius" designer don't say much about what he was doing (the idiot's name is "Jonathan Ive")...
I must definitely oppose!!! It brought new wind to the sails of iOS. The design is airy, light, brilliant…! And if someone can't tell plain text from buttons, they've probably never seen the light of day!
I like the look, yes. But the clarity and functionality of the fresh wind blew somewhat... I don't even want to list everything that works worse.
the simplicity is lame... and I'm starting to struggle with my iPhone, just like I did with my HTC with Android...
Dear Mr. Dušan, how many products (and how successful...) have you designed so far that you dare to call Apple's chief designer an idiot?
7.0.1 is available not only for 5S but also for 5C.
Well, Kaspari still has a lot to learn from the creator JB. They put the ControlCenter there, but it's not enough from the bottom and it still doesn't have the most important thing, namely mob.data, especially since there's BT, which I probably haven't turned on since I bought the iPhone, and I'm sure I won't be alone. Moreover, I always pull it up when scrolling to the Internet. The incoming call is strength and disgust in one. When the drive looked great with a photo over the entire screen, today somehow the icon is slightly overlooked and the pastel, sharp banners are also cool
You are a Saxon scribbled vid..Buy a Nokia and go back to your grave..
I agree, a few years of comfort. Here is a system that has bugs (it didn't happen much with Apple) and it looks like a COLLABORATION WITH SAMSUNG, it looks terrible, like android for children.
80% of what you write is subjective. On the contrary, I like the ones you listed. The design is really good. And what do you have against unlocking with a cat's paw? It's just a piece of leather with a certain pattern, like any other.
Do you like the flaws that weren't there in 6.1.3 and are now? Ok, that says it all and you don't even have to answer ;)
I agree that the graphics are pretty ugly and have somehow lost that distinctive apple clarity. Here it looks like Samsung. Control Center is good, after all, Samsung has had that for a long time. On the home screen, the time and other info at the top is practically unreadable - k... why??? I haven't found another yet
I don't like the design, in my opinion the shading is wrong everywhere and the green one is brutally unpleasant, but do we have a choice with Apple? Yes, I could have stayed with iOS 6, but that is not the solution. Otherwise, it's nice that when entering the login password, the keyboard is easier, but now the password is guessed even by d.. who is looking at me, before the inflation made sense, that's how the design comes up...
I like IOS 7 a lot, flat design is close to me, I like simplicity. I was pleased with the control panel and other things. But what is a problem for me is the battery life. In the setting of IOS 7 as it is from Apple, it is absolutely tragic, Apple should work on this. I have an iPhone 4S and a new iPad with lighting.
IOS 7 is bugged. I shouldn't have upgraded yet. The email notification doesn't go away and that bothers me a lot, I have an iPhone 5 and the email is on the list.
I agree, I am releasing something that is not yet final. Mainly because there were 7 beta versions :D
I won't defend Apple, they really released an unfinished work in progress (although as I read the discussions, I either don't use most of the things that bother people, or I'm waiting for a fix). Anyway, rewrite the OS to a new one, and I'm not talking about the design, but 64-bit and 32-bit don't give a shit. Unfortunately, the boys had to postpone everything by half a year and release at least another 10 beta versions...
I have the feeling that the new OS had to settle in first - the first two days the battery was draining quickly - it showed over two thousand unread emails and the pop-up bar for deletion and options was annoying in the emails. Now (without changing the settings) everything works perfectly. Batek on the iPhone 5 for almost two days of normal use and the ailments described above disappeared :-) For me, satisfaction. On the iPad 2, the system is slower, but it is more than two years old iron.. When there is an iPad mini 2, my daughter will get this one and I will buy a new one
Two days? So you're probably just looking at her :D
The important thing is to use the time, not the standby time :D I also have two days on standby, but the maximum usage time is 7 hours
you're right - Usage 7 hours, 10 min
Emergency 1 day, 10 hours
battery 15%
So I updated and I regret it. I find the design and especially the colors disgusting. Can it be returned somehow?
Apple has already banned this path. However, you would still be forced to do so by the fact that no application would work over time
This is not a ban, but not signing updates, if Cydia bypasses this, it will be easy to downgrade.
I sometimes have a problem on the iPad 4. If I turn off multiple applications in the multitasking menu, the icon sometimes remains there, but without a preview of the application. Then it sometimes cuts out when typing on the keyboard (very little, but it happens), scrolling in the calendar is not smooth at all, while it runs smoothly on an iPhone 4S with half the power. Fix this and I'll be happy :)
Hi, I have an iPad 2
Until then it was pedaling as it should, but after updating to iOS 7 it started to get stuck...
Don't know if it could be something in the settings
Thanks for every reply
iOS 7 has more processor requirements, so older devices with worse processors may struggle to pull it off.
ios7 is disgusting from a kindr egg similar to tamtung I have back 6.1.3
