A year ago, Apple first showed its idea of a modern portable computer. Now the 12-inch MacBook has received its first update. It now has a faster Skylake processor, longer battery life and a rose gold color.
The thinnest MacBooks are thus placed alongside other Apple products, which are offered in four color variants: silver, space gray, gold and rose gold.
However, updating the processors is even more important. Newly, the 12-inch MacBooks have dual-core Intel Core M chips of the sixth generation, with a clock rate from 1,1 to 1,3 GHz. The operating memory was also improved, now faster 1866MHz modules are used.
The new Intel HD Graphics 515 is supposed to provide up to 25 percent faster graphics performance, and the flash storage is also faster. Apple also promises slightly higher endurance. Ten hours when surfing the web and up to eleven hours when playing movies.
Otherwise, the MacBook remains identical. The same dimensions and weight, the same screen size and the presence of only one USB-C port.
The Czech Apple Online Store, similar to the American one, is surprisingly not yet in operation, but the prices here remain the same, as Apple revealed on the page with MacBook specifications. The cheapest 12-inch apple machine from Apple can be purchased for 39 crowns.
"For the time being, the Czech Apple Online Store is silent about domestic prices..."

Maybe you're just searching wrong, try "ceskyappleonlinestore.cz" for example http://www.apple.com/cz/macbook/specs/ – prices have not changed. :))
Oh yeah, thanks. I was really just opening a store and I haven't clicked on this page yet. Thanks! :)
The pink one is really for overheated hairdressers. :-)
I personally don't like the color pink either, but I think a lot of women will welcome it. For example, I have a gold iPhone and I really like the iPad shade.
We were in Alza on Monday and I looked at them there when I passed by and I have to say that I don't even like space gray, it's such a weird brava. As you say, pink is for hairdressers and gold for Chinese people :D
Color is important. I believe that pink appeals to women. I think blue would be interesting. I don't know, they probably have a proper survey of what color is required, otherwise they wouldn't allow themselves to get into it.
Have you ever heard of the existence of women? :-) I can tell you that when I brought the original MB12 in gold to work, my colleague immediately asked if it was also available in pink like the new iPhones, and it was not a joke at all. I think there will be quite a few interested women...
I know about women and I write about it below. I have quite a few girlfriends who somehow I don't take their computers. Rather, men will buy it for these women.
How's that beat? I have an "old" MacBook 12″ and it also has a 1.3 GHz Intel Core M. Huh?
Same clock, different processor!
Does it have Thunderbolt?
Unfortunately no, there is – for some inexplicable reason – an old version of USB-C that does not support Th.
So, the "Backlit keyboard (international English) and user manual (POLISH)" in the configurator confuses me a bit ;-)
