Amaya Toman In today's installment of our series on useful iOS shortcuts, we'll introduce one called Find Gas. As the name suggests, this shortcut is used to immediately and easily find the nearest gas station - but you can customize the search object to your liking.

If you run the Find Gas shortcut on your iPhone, it will find the nearest gas stations in your area in no time. One of the advantages of this shortcut is the variability, thanks to which you can change the type of object you are looking for, the type of transport, the distance to the object, the place and a number of other parameters. You don't have to worry about editing a shortcut - just launch the native Shortcuts app, tap My Shortcuts at the bottom left, and then tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the tab with the selected shortcut.
To install this shortcut, open the appropriate link in the Safari web browser on your iPhone. Also, make sure you enable the option to use untrusted shortcuts in Settings -> Shortcuts. The Find Gas shortcut works in conjunction with native Maps on your iPhone. If you would like to replace the search for the nearest gas station with, for example, the nearest store or medical facility, open the shortcut in the Shortcuts application. Click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the shortcut card and replace the text "gas" with "always ask" in the upper part. Also, don't forget to enable shortcuts to your location.
