Moving is certainly not one of the most popular activities. Although it is usually said that moving is worse than burning out (which can be argued for a long time), the developers from Witch Beam studio have chosen this bittersweet event as the main theme of their new game Unpacking. So, you won't be moving crates through rooms in it like in the similarly focused Moving Out. Unpacking is mainly about what our possessions mean to us, which we keep even in our new homes.

The core of the Unpacking gameplay is the gradual unpacking of things from moving boxes. You will have to be careful to stack the unpacked things well in their new places and to fit them all in the pre-prepared rooms. Unpacking does not stress you with any time limits or the need to upload any specific score. According to the developers, it is mainly a Zen game to help you relax.

The game may not be entirely clear at first glance, but despite its simple concept, it tells a story that you have to put together yourself. During eight different moves, you will still accompany one person, but you will never see them on the screen... Despite this, you will be able to piece together a life story that begins in a one-room apartment and gradually shows the great life events of an unknown hero or heroine. To top it all off, Unpacking features a beautiful soundtrack by award-winning sound engineer Jeff van Dyck.
