Although Taylor Swift's music may not impress everyone, surely some outside of her fan base may be interested in seeing a show designed to entertain an audience of over 70 people. This means that, overall, the recording of Taylor Swift's 1989 World Tour's biggest concert will have the opportunity to be seen by many, many potential viewers.

That's probably the main reason why the exclusive release of this track on Apple Music is a significant event for the still-nascent streaming service. Especially after what Taylor Swift did she didn't want to at first to make her music available on Apple Music at all, and even after changing Apple's policy and signing the contract, she said that it was not somehow exclusive matter.

"Document" named 1989 WorldTour includes a complete recording of the concert from the ANZ Stadia in Sydney in front of 76 thousand people, excerpts from other performances as well as footage from behind the scenes of preparations, rehearsals of Taylor Swift and other artists who appeared on stage during the concert line, and interviews with the singer and members of her team .

In conjunction with the release of the documentary, Taylor Swift filled the dominant part of the "New" tab in Apple Music. The most prominent is the link to play the movie, followed by a "recommended" section showing the complete track list of the 1989 album and a set of playlists, all of which are somehow related to Tayor Swift. A similar amount of attention on Apple Music was given to Coldplay's new album last time, but never quite so significantly.

However, if we look at the twitter account Apple Music Help, we find that the vast majority of queries in the last 17 hours are about issues with playing a movie that either won't start at all or streaming keeps failing. Here, Apple responds to each complaint individually and tries to resolve it, and it is still too early to make a statement about more significant problems.

But reports of disgruntled users have already surfaced on many websites, which won't do much to improve the reputation of the service, which has faced criticism since its launch for often complicated controls and slow or unreliable streaming.
