Ondrej Holzman Today at 9 a.m. our time, Apple began accepting reservations for the new Watch in selected countries. The whole process must be done online and brick-and-mortar stores will, at least for now, only serve as storefronts. You will be able to try on the watch in them, but not buy it. Therefore, the chance of early purchase of watches for Czech customers also falls.
If you popped into a German or UK Apple Store this morning, you soon discovered that people from countries without brick-and-mortar Apple Stores are out of luck this time around. Apple has decided that at least the first batch of watches will be exclusively delivered directly to customers with a German (and other, where the watches are officially already sold) address.
Plus, Apple Watch stocks are really thin right now. Within minutes of the launch of reservations, the German Apple Store was already showing delivery in four to six weeks, sometimes even June, for most models. But stores in Great Britain or the United States are not much better off either.
In two weeks, on April 24, when Apple officially announced the start of sales of the expected watch, the package with the new product will arrive only to the fastest who managed to make a reservation in time.
The situation is even funnier with the most expensive gold Apple Watch Edition models. According to the current data in the online store, these will arrive in July or even August at the earliest.
Apple has not yet specified when we can expect the start of the next wave of sales in countries where the Watch has not yet penetrated, however, based on the current state of inventory, we can be almost certain that we will not see it right away.
At least you can for now read the first foreign reviews, which talks about the Apple Watch as a relatively successful device, but not yet for everyone. First of all, it is necessary to figure out what such a product is actually intended for.

We don't live in socialism, it's his full right, but you have to realize that he bears the risk that they won't sell and in the end he'll have to sell them below cost :)
If you want to make a purchase at the store, the seller will still order them to your home. The question is whether it won't work that way for us as well - that a Czech customer would come, try it on, buy it at their store - and they would order it at home - even outside of Germany.

At least the German Apple Online Store does not offer a Czech address at the moment. German only.
