Every once in a while, an act appears among the new game pieces, which, instead of precisely controlling their fine motor skills and quick thinking, also wants players to develop physical activity. One of the first cases of this type of game was, for example, the successful Wii Fit, which Nintendo followed up last year with the very successful spiritual successor Ring Fit Adventure. However, both of these mentioned games used special peripherals to record movement and accurately analyze your exercise. However, the creators of the newly released game Fitforce have a different approach. After all, we all have a device in our pocket that can replace specialized exercise tools. For a fun exercise, you will only need a mobile phone to play the game.

The developers warn that the phone you want to use with their game will have to be equipped with an accelerometer and a gyroscope - without them, of course, no movement can be recorded. After downloading the associated app and successfully connecting your phone to your computer, the game will then give you a selection of mini-games to choose from. You will control them using the movement of your body... and believe me, it can be quite a varied exercise. The developers applied classic exercise actions as a control scheme. Squats, jumping jacks or high knees have their place in the game.

The game divides individual minigames into exercise plans. You can choose the one that best suits your goals. So far, you can choose from programs focused on cardio, running, core and legs in the game. Fitforce also offers the option of combining individual minigames into your own exercise program. Finally, let's mention that even though the game is basically free, for some mini-games the developers require a small fee, which currently amounts to two US dollars.
