Nike has decided to rebrand its popular "running" application Nike+ Running. It's now become Nike+ Run Club, bringing new user interface graphics and coaching plans to tailor it to you.

In Nike+ Run Club, the user can choose an exercise or running plan and it will then dynamically adapt to his performance. Nike's goal is to adapt to the needs of each user as if they were a professional athlete to reach their maximum potential.

Coaching plans include, for example, "Get Started" or "Get More Fit", which are especially intended for beginners, who can easily start exercising thanks to such plans. The "Benchmark Run" function, on the other hand, assesses and evaluates performance improvement over time, using professional concepts that the user may not know anything about.

As for the app itself, Run Club now makes it easier to share your performance on social media, and Apple Watch owners will be able to use the app independently of their iPhone. For example along the lines of Spotify then the mobile application gave up the so-called hamburger menu.

The new app name has already been predicted by the app Nike + Training Club, which focuses on a whole range of strength and weight exercises.
