When Apple introduced its iPhone 2010 in June 4, many ordinary users and experts were very pleasantly surprised. iPhone 4 brought a welcome and positive change from its predecessors not only in terms of design, but also in terms of functions. So it's no big surprise that sales of this model were really respectable for its time.

Users showed massive interest in the new iPhone model even before it even officially went on sale. On June 16, 2010, Apple boasted that iPhone 4 pre-orders had reached a record 600 in just the first day of their launch. The huge interest in the new iPhone surprised even the Apple company itself, and it's no wonder - at the time, it was really a historical record for the number of pre-orders in one single day. The demand for the iPhone 4 was even so high that it "managed" to disable the server of the American operator AT&T, which was the distributor of this model. At that time, the traffic on his website climbed to ten times its value.

Sales of each of the new iPhone models rose only gradually at the time. For many users, however, the iPhone 4 has become the entry model into the world of Apple users. The iPhone 4 was largely met with positive reviews, with users praising its appearance as well as the ability to make FaceTime video calls. However, this model had more peculiarities - for example, it was the last iPhone that was introduced by Steve Jobs. In addition to the ability to make video calls via FaceTime, the iPhone 4 offered an improved 5MP camera with LED flash, a front-facing camera in VGA quality, was equipped with an Apple A4 processor, and the new Retina display offered significantly better resolution.

The iPhone 4 was the first iPhone to feature, among other things, a second microphone that was used to suppress ambient noise. The 30-pin connector on the bottom of the device was used for charging and data transfer, while the headphone jack was located on its top. The iPhone 4 was equipped with a gyroscopic sensor, 512 MB of RAM, and was available in 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB versions.
