While the Huami Amazfit GTS 4 look like they could function as some kind of non-genuine version of the Apple Watch, functionally they're miles away. The operating system is quite primitive, the design elements on the display serve only one purpose, and that is to resemble the Apple Watch as much as possible. The crown (which is the only different part from the original) definitely doesn't work like the one on the Apple Watch. The sensors on the back of the watch (if they work at all) also definitely do not have the capabilities of the original. Not to mention the quality of the display and operating system inside.
It is truly bizarre what is possible in China and how far some companies are able to go when it comes to copying foreign successful ideas. In the case of Xiaomi, these are common practices, some of which are really misleading.
