We can find hundreds of games in the App Store, and among the most popular are undoubtedly the so-called "addictive games". It's not for nothing that they occupy the top spots in the download charts, so from time to time a new title appears that tries to score points with iOS users. One of these is the game Where's My Water, which has been in the App Store for some Friday, but I got to it only now after resisting for a long time...

The fact that it should be a quality title could be evidenced by the fact that the Disney studio is behind Where's My Water, and the designer of the JellyCar game also participated in the creation, so we don't have to worry about the faithful implementation of physics. Where's My Water costs in its category the traditional 79 cents, and if you calculate how many hours the game will occupy you, it's really a negligible amount.

Where's My Water stars Swampy, a kind and friendly alligator who lives in the city's sewers. He differs from other alligator friends in that he is very inquisitive and, above all, requires a shower every day in which he could wash himself after a hard day. At that moment, however, there is a problem, because the water pipe to his bathroom is forever broken, so it is up to you to help him fix it and deliver water to his lair.

At first, it's nothing complicated. You will be given a certain volume of water, which you must use to "tunnel" in the dirt to get to the pipe that leads to Swampy's shower. You also have to collect three rubber ducks along the way, and in some levels there are various objects hidden under the dirt that unlock bonus levels.

Currently, Where's My Water offers 140 levels divided into seven thematic areas, in which Swampy's story is gradually revealed. In each next circuit, new obstacles await you, which make your efforts more difficult. You will come across green algae that expand when touched by water, acid that contaminates the water but destroys the aforementioned algae, or various switches. You have to be careful that all the water doesn't disappear, which can also "flow off the screen", but also that the corrosive doesn't destroy your ducks or reach poor Swampy. Then the level ends with failure.

Over time, you will come across more and more novelties such as exploding mines or inflatable balloons. You often have to use dangerous liquids appropriately, but carefully, or use two fingers at once. And this brings me to one of the few problems I encountered while playing Where's My Water. In the version for the iPad, there will probably not be such a problem, but on the iPhone, the method of moving around the screen is awkwardly chosen when the level is larger. I often touch the slider on the left side by mistake, which unnecessarily spoils the gaming experience. Otherwise, Where's My Water provides great entertainment.
