Apple has added another graphics card for the Mac Pro

The absolute pinnacle of Apple's offer is undoubtedly the "new" Mac Pro, whose price tag in the highest configuration can take your breath away. In the case of this computer, customers really have extensive options for configuration. And probably Apple is not going to stop at this. Until now, we had a choice of seven graphics cards, which is a thing of the past as of today. The Californian giant has decided to add a new GPU, a move that has raised some interesting questions among the Apple community. As is usual with Apple, when something is definitely added to the configuration, in the vast majority of cases it is a component that maximizes the performance of the product even more. But now the Cupertino company is taking a different route. Apple users can now order a Mac Pro with a Radeon Pro W5550X card with 8GB of GDDR6 memory, which has thus become the cheapest additional option and costs the customer six thousand crowns.

WhatsApp has seen great changes that are worth it

If you mostly use WhatsApp for most of your communication with family, friends, or colleagues, you officially have reason to be happy. The company showed off the new update on its blog yesterday. A huge advantage is that the mentioned update directly affects the entire platform, thanks to which it will improve the user experience both on mobile devices and on desktop versions. In particular, we saw the addition of contacts using QR codes, news in the case of group video calls, stickers and Dark Mode for macOS. You could already read about this update yesterday summary. But let's look at it in a little more detail and describe the individual news.

You could already read our magazine to read that WhatsApp is testing sharing contacts using QR codes. So far it works a little differently. In order to add a contact within the application, you must first create an entry in your Contacts, where you must type in the user's full phone number. Fortunately, this will become a thing of the past. The mentioned QR codes will be used again, which will save you time and also play a huge role in the case of user privacy, when you will not have to share your number with someone you don't want.

All news in one place (YouTube):

This year's global pandemic has forced us to switch to remote learning, Home Office day by day and greatly reduced any social interaction. Of course, the tech giants had to respond to this as quickly as possible, which resulted in improvements to their group video calling solutions. Of course, there was also the WhatsApp application among them, which received the possibility of a video call for up to eight participants. This very feature is now receiving further improvements. The user will be able to choose a focused view of one of the participants, just holding his finger on his window, and this will then switch to full-screen mode.

But let's move to the dark mode. Our iPhones have been getting along great with this for some time now. But what about our apple computers? Thanks to the new update, exactly those will also get a dark mode, naturally in the application WhatsApp for Mac. The new version will be released gradually in the coming weeks.
