Ondrej Holzman Although Apple has not officially announced its plans, it seems that the Californian company is preparing to release an official docking station for its Watch. Until now, accessories in the form of stands were mainly offered by third-party manufacturers.
With photos of the upcoming new Apple product he came German website Grobgenbloggt, who posted shots of the packaging and the dock itself. This would be the first official Apple Watch charging station after the Watch has been on sale for eight months.
According to the leaked images, the new dock will be round with a magnetic puck in the middle that the Watch will connect to. After connecting the Lightning cable, it will be possible to use the dock in two modes - either place the Watch on it, or pick it up and charge the watch in night mode.
When (or if) Apple will start selling such a docking station for the Watch is unclear. However, the price would probably be around 100 dollars, i.e. at least between three and four thousand crowns in the Czech Republic.
...well, I don't know, I find it very ugly :-(
