Having problems with dropped calls on your iPhone 12 (Pro) and 13 (Pro) in recent weeks? Then we have good news for you. Apple is aware of this problem and a little while ago therefore released the software update iOS 15.1.1, which solves the call dropouts on these models. You install it quite standardly via Settings – General – Software Update. In the case of the iPhone 13 Pro Max, the update is 385MB, which means it doesn't seem to add much, if anything.
That's great news because it was incredibly annoying on a 2 week old iPhone 13 for that kind of money. I switched to the beta program because of this and both the latest betas 15.2 and the latest 15.3 which has been out for 2 days by the way are without problems
The latest beta is 15.2 beta 3, not 15.3 (for completeness).
It's a disaster for me.. Since the update, I play spotify in my headphones and it plays for about 20 seconds and then it turns off and keeps going round and round.. unpairing doesn't help, neither does restarting.. It adjusts something and destroys something else. Since buying the iphone 13 pro, after 1 minute the call started cutting, the other party could hear me just fine and I didn't understand anything at all.. The factory helped.. every month some problem.
There is an update, download it.
It's not, that's why I'm writing it under this article. 15.1.1 just destroyed it and since then I can't listen to music. But I didn't specify that I have samsung buds+. not airpods (I'm waiting for airpods pro 2 :D)
Even after the update, my calls are still dropped and it started telling me that I have full iCloud even though it is only 47% full.
I was told that iCloud was full even before the update and I probably don't have anything backed up there because I can't do it 😂
