Apple picker The tablet weekly Dotyk won two important awards this week. It was announced at the 10th edition of the Union of Publishers competition Magazine of the year 2013 in the digital category. The Union of Publishers award followed the decision of the jury of the European competition Digital Media Awards 2014 organized by the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) in the Best in Tablet Publishing category. 107 projects submitted by 48 publishing houses from 21 European countries took part in the competition. In the category for the best tablet publication, 12 tablet publications competed together with Dotyk, among which Dotyk won first place.
