Jiří Filip We decided that since we already have a new application, we will also use Christmas time and announce a competition for all mineral lovers or collectors of unusual paperweights. You have to compete to win, and to compete you need the "Pocket Rocks" app, which of course you can find in your App Store.
...but for an introduction, what we actually created. "Stones in your pocket" is an application about stones, minerals and mainly about creating your own collections. And if there is nothing to read at home, you can read here.
How did we come up with it? Simply, bored on the couch. And also the realization that all the rubble that is rolling around in drawers, on shelves, in boxes has its own memory, but we don't. We were looking for an application in which you can store stones, write down from where, where, for how much and, above all, not to forget what we got from whom and on which vacation or trip through the field - not the field...
We didn't find anything, so we made an app.
It all ended and began with the color variation. Literally. For a year, the application slept, somewhere in the news, in notebooks, but we did not move anywhere. Only once, just a one-time agreement on a three-color combination, and that started development, visualization and the desire to do more and more every day.
Then everything went quickly. First, a catalog focused on mineral stones. By the way, do you know that there are really a lot of passionate collectors? And that it is also a great investment? We are not focused on the chemical composition, we are not smart about it, but we enjoy the unusual added value that is talked about and we sometimes even test it. And it's fun.
Catalog can do it all filters over everything even a common name or words in the text, for example massage. It fits. You can save the stones to your favorites and you also have an overview of what you already own, because in the application you will finally find something that is not available anywhere else - your own collection, if you want a complete, but really completely unlimited, you only pay a few bucks. For example, we have several of them, Šutrovník, Sperkovník, Z cset neceda, everywhere we save what we find, get, find, or steal :)
And of course, we compete, so we also have a recorded value of our main collection.
We like to brag, so we can share our best pieces with our friends, let them be jealous! When we are really bored and don't feel like reading, we rearrange them, transfer them from one collection to another. Sometimes smoothed with raw, sometimes separately, as it happens.
Since we are always on the run and the calendar on the phone means that we will remember an interesting event for the weekend. We have regularly updated stock exchanges and mineral exhibitions, which you can simply save to your phone with a simple button.
We loved the idea of having a seller in the app, who wouldn't? We have them there too! And some will even offer you a discount. :)

The catalog, your own collection with three stored stones and the competition are completely free. Unlimited adding of stones to your own collection is for a symbolic one-time fee, which will make us happy :)
And now finally to the competition. Let's call it Christmas, but if someone from afar wins, the Czech Post probably won't be able to do it on Jesus Christ. But we believe that with the power of the mind, the package will arrive on time.

What is at stake?
A stone that the creator of the application owns in every size and color (except pink) and you already envy it. Calcite is the most common stone at all, but the collection piece we have for you is not often found on exchanges. We think that you can already feel his positive energy through the photo in the application, and if worst comes to worse, it can be used as a paperweight :). And we definitely envy you already!
