Raspberry Pi 4 with 8 GB of operating memory comes to the market

The long-awaited flagship model of the Raspberry Pi 4 microcomputer is finally here. It's still a Raspberry Pi, it's still a model 4, but this time it got a full 8 GB of operating memory, which doubled compared to the previous peak configuration. Due to the presence of an 8 GB LPDDR4 chip, minor changes had to be made in the design of the motherboard and the layout of some components. The changes mainly concern the power supply, as the 8 GB memory module was incompatible with the previous layout of the power cascade. The new Pi is not yet listed on Czech e-shops, but the official price is 75 dollars. So we can count on a price tag of around 2,5-3 thousand crowns.

Fans of LEGO and fast bikes have another reason to celebrate, the Lamborghini Sián has been added to the Technic series

In reality, the Lamborghini Sián is based on the Aventador model. This hypercar is technically very similar to its model, the main difference being the addition of an electric powertrain (modeled after La Ferrari, Porsche 918, etc.), which supplies the car with an additional 25 kW on top of the total 577 kW generated by the 12-cylinder engine. The price for the original is about 3,7 million dollars, and if you don't have that amount in your account, you can treat yourself to buying a replica from the LEGO Technic series. The replica is created in a scale of 1:8 and the model is composed of 3 LEGO pieces. The price for the set will be 696 dollars, i.e. roughly 380 thousand crowns. The novelty is already listed on some e-shops, you can find it on the official LEGO website here. The new "Lambo" will thus be placed alongside other famous super and hyper sports that are already available in the LEGO Technic series. These are mainly the Bugatti Chiron, the Porsche 911 RSR or the earlier 911 GT3 RS. The finished model is approximately 60 centimeters long and 25 centimeters wide. Functional elements and elaborate details are a matter of course for Technic models.

Streaming service Tidal now supports Dolby Atmos Music

If you are a music fan and have an adequate Hi-Fi system at home, you probably don't listen to your favorite artists through Spotify or Apple Music. The streaming service Tidal, which offers an uncompromising level of quality for streamed content, is now launching support for the Dolby Atmos Music standard. Account holders with an adequate subscription (Hi-Fi subscription for $20 per month), adequate hardware (i.e. speakers, soundbars or systems with Dolby Atmos support) and a supported client (Apple TV 4K, nVidia Shield TV and others) will be able to in the coming days try this novelty. Tidal started rolling out the service today and should be available globally in a few days.
