After a long hiatus, Apple published a new, more significant advertisement for the iPhone X this evening. The commercial highlights Face ID and, in particular, the possibility to "replace" the password with it.

The last more traditional advertisement for the iPhone X was released by Apple two months ago, and then it focused on the portrait lighting mode, which the phone offers for both the rear and front cameras. In the latest video, however, the attention turned to the new authentication method, i.e. Face ID, and above all to its expanded options.

In conjunction with the keychain, Face ID is able to fill in login names and passwords in applications or on websites after verifying the user, which significantly simplifies and speeds up the login process. In simplicity, the user just needs to look at the phone and he is immediately logged in. Let the Apple slogan at the end of the minute and a half long video be proof: "Your face is your password."
