In Paris, she tries to call Kate home and asks the police for help. Kate is left alone at the airport, waiting for a seat on any flight home to Chicago. Meanwhile, Kevin wakes up to a quiet house, and when he finds himself home alone, he starts rejoicing and doing things he's not normally allowed to do. Tim Burton's Stolen Christmas

Three nuts for Cinderella

Václav Vorlíček's fairy tale Three Nuts for Cinderella has been among the top of our fairy tale film classics since its inception. Screenwriter František Pavlíček, who at that time could not work publicly, and therefore was represented by Bohumila Zelenková in the credits, was based on Bozena Němcová's fairy tale. However, he conceived the title character differently from well-known world adaptations. Cinderella, living in comfort on her stepmother's estate, is emancipated, rides a horse, shoots a crossbow, and pursues the prince more fervently than had been the custom up to that time. A certain shift is also the chosen season - winter and the use of humorous situations. The film was co-produced with the GDR, so the Czech filmmakers had to adapt and "internationalize" the fairy tale more. This is manifested not only in the participation of German actors, but also in the stylized costumes of Theodor Pištěk, for example.
