Due to the fact that the tiny Czech Republic is not at all interesting for Apple, only a really small number of these devices were put into stock today. If it hasn't reached you, then unfortunately you will have to wait a few more weeks or even months - but there is nothing you can do.

What are you starting from? Have you looked at the availability of phones at retailers and the Apple store? It seems to me that you wrote the article long in advance. You write that shopping centers open at 8 o'clock …… they don't open yet. :-)
I am evaluating from my own experience from last year. Many people buy new iPhones from, for example, Alza and similar retailers, where they are simply not available for several weeks after the first wave. And believe me, if there is an availability date somewhere, it is only an estimate, which is often not kept. For the iPhone 12 Pro review, I was at the mall where Alza is located this morning so they are open. And the article was written about 15 minutes in advance, if you need to know.
