An extremely interesting piece of news spread across the internet today – a hacker group called REvil is blackmailing the Apple supplier Quanta. This group has shared a detailed document that describes the motherboard of the upcoming MacBook Pro. The document shows that earlier speculations by Bloomberg and Ming-Chi Kuo were true. Specifically, there is talk of the fact that this year's "Pročka" will receive additional ports, which apple fans have been calling for for a long time.

The leaked document also mentions the codenames J314 and J316. Bloomberg has commented on these in the past, according to which it is the upcoming 14″ and 16″ MacBook Pro with an Apple Silicon chip. The new models should therefore offer something extra in terms of connectivity. The right side should house an HDMI and USB-C port along with an SD card reader, while the left side will have two USB-C ports, a 3,5mm jack and a MagSafe connector for power. From this information, it is clear that compared to the current generation MacBook Pro, it will lose one USB-C port in exchange for HDMI and the aforementioned reader.

Furthermore, Apple should get rid of the Touch Bar, which, by the way, the analyst predicted earlier Ming-Chi Kuo. Despite this, the Touch ID button should remain anyway, just like in the case of the MacBook Air. In any case, the described document does not contain any real photos, but instead it has a professional description, while at the same time it hides drawings of the iMac presented on Tuesday and last year's MacBook Air. Therefore, it is not possible to determine from these data whether the "Pročko" will see any design changes. Anyway, it's possible we'll know even more soon. Hacker group REvil threatens to publish much more information.
