After a week, we again bring you a summary of events related to Apple. Echoes of this year's autumn Keynote continue to be heard in the summary - this time we will talk about the negative response that both the iPhone 15 and the FineWoven covers met.

Problems with iPhone 15

This year's iPhone models officially went on sale at the beginning of last week. The 15-series iPhones offer a number of great improvements and features, but as usual, their release comes with complaints from users. Users specifically complain about excessive heating of new devices, both during fast charging and during actual use. Some users report a temperature rise of more than 40°C. However, at the time of writing this article, Apple has yet to comment on the matter.

Problems with FineWoven covers

Even before this year's autumn Keynote, speculation began to appear that Apple should say goodbye to leather accessories. It actually happened, and the company introduced a new material called FineWoven. Almost immediately after the launch of sales of new accessories, user complaints about the quality of FineWoven covers began to appear on discussion forums and social networks. Apple growers complain, for example, about the very low durability of the new material, and in some cases also about the low-quality processing of the covers themselves.

Complaints from users reached such a level that Apple decided to take action in the form of a manual for employees of its branded retail stores. The manual covers how to talk about the new covers and how to instruct customers on how to care for them. Apple Store employees should emphasize to customers that FineWoven is a specific material, the appearance of which may change during use, of course wear may be visible on it, but with proper use and care, the covers should last a really long time.
