As the week comes to an end, we bring you our traditional roundup of the events that took place in relation to Apple in the previous days. Today we'll talk about the impending lawsuit over AirPods Max, delays in the delivery of the high-end iPhone 15 Pro Max, and strange practices in the App Store.

Complaints about AirPods Max

The high-end wireless Apple AirPods Max headphones undoubtedly offer a number of great benefits. In connection with them, however, there have also been some complaints from users for a long time. These include, but are not limited to, the problem of moisture condensing on the inside of the earcups, which is not only uncomfortable, but can also potentially lead to moisture getting inside and damaging the headphones. Complaints of this type are certainly not unique, but Apple still waves its hand over them, calls them marginal, and simply urges users to be careful. But the problems are escalating, and a class-action lawsuit is already being prepared in the United States.

Apple deleted the developer account for no reason

Apple and its policy regarding the operation of the App Store have long and repeatedly faced criticism, which, however, the Cupertino company vehemently rejects. The negatives of the App Store were recently experienced firsthand by the Japanese company Digital Will, whose developer account of the Apple Developer Program was suddenly canceled without reason. Since Apple did not state the reasons for deleting the account, Digital Will management could not even properly appeal this decision. All that was left was to resort to a judicial solution. It took another five months for Digital Will to get their developer account reinstated, and during those five months, the company's business was understandably very difficult, and Digital Will is a small company with a handful of employees. Apple has not yet provided any explanation in this regard.

Delay in iPhone 15 Pro Max sales

The official presentation of the iPhone 15 series is getting closer and closer. Many users who plan to upgrade this year are wondering when the new models will be available. While sales of the entry-level models could start within a week or so of the official launch, the high-end iPhone 15 Pro Max is said to be delayed. The "fault" is the camera, which should be equipped with a periscopic telephoto lens, the components of which should come from Sony's workshop. Unfortunately, according to the latest information, it is currently unable to meet the demand for the necessary sensors in time.
